XI’s Spy Ships

Chinese spy vessels have been frequenting the Indian Ocean close to India’s exclusive economic zone. Are they spying on our missile tests, mapping the ocean bed for deployment of submarines or to predict deployment of India’s submarines in the region? The frequency of their visits is alarming.
