Who is Punjabi Gangster and Khalistani Terrorist Arsh Dalla?

From the colleges of Panjab University, to the violent world of gangsterism and now treason and terror, Arshdeep Dalla, a notorious gangster from Punjab has had quite the journey. Now it has emerged that Dalla has allegedly been arrested in Canada following a shootout in Milton, Ontario. According to reports, the Halton Regional Police Service arrested two men, including Dalla, on charges of 'discharging firearm with intent.' However there is no official confirmation on whether Dalla remains in custody or if he’s been released on bail. If true, his arrest and possible extradition could mark a pivotal moment in India’s battle against Khalistani extremism.
