Who is Justice Sanjiv Khanna, next in line to be India's Chief Justice?

Chief Justice of India, D Y Chandrachud has nominated Justice Sanjiv Khanna as his successor upon retirement. Justice Khanna is only second to CJI Chandrachud in terms of seniority in the Supreme Court. With CJI Chandrachud set to retire on November 10th, he wrote to the Union Law Ministry starting the Memorandum of Procedure, a document which includes the process for appointing the Chief Justice of India, seeking the recommendation of the outgoing CJI.
