Supreme Court Issues Contempt Notice to Patanjali for Misleading Advertisements

Published On: February 28, 2024 - The Supreme court of India raps Patanjali Ayurved for continuing to publish misleading advertisements. The Apex court issues contempt notices to Patanjali Ayurved and its Managing Director Acharya Balkrishna. In addition, the court has also asked the centre government to file a detailed affidavit on the actions it has taken to prevent misleading, false advertisements in the case of Patanjali.
