This marks a pivotal moment, as he will be the only member of the Tata Group's founding family to serve on the boards of both Tata Sons and Tata Trusts. With his appointment, the number of Trusts' nominees on the Tata Sons board increases to three, alongside vice-chairmen Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh.
