MUDA Scam Explodes in Karnataka

Published On: July 26, 2024 - The MUDA ‘scam’ has exploded on the political scene in both Karnataka, and on the national landscape. BJP leaders protested in the Parliament as well in the Vidhana Soudha. The BJP-JD(S) combine is also set to launch a ‘Padyatra’ demanding a CBI inquiry into the case. CM Siddaramaiah, meanwhile, has denied any wrongdoing and clarified that he submitted a wrong affidavit in 2013 by mistake. Siddaramaiah also said that Former CM HD Kumaraswamy has also been a beneficiary of the MUDA land allotment scheme.
