J&K Elections: Can Independent Candidates Upset Traditional Parties

Many political leaders have quit their parties and will be contesting as independents. BJP's Ram Madhav, J&K in-charge accused NC and PDP of including former terrorists for their election campaigning. Will Independents be the kingmakers of J&K polls this time?
