Is Elon Musk's Starlink a Threat to India's National Security?

In a joint operation, the Manipur Police and the Indian Army have seized a Starlink satellite internet device in Keirao Khunao, Manipur. The device was allegedly being used by militant group Revolutionary People’s Front. This is the second time in as many months that a Starlink device has been seized by authorities.
