India To Become Third-Largest Economy By 2030: S&P Global

Published On: December 06, 2023 - India is expected to become the world's third-largest economy by 2030, as per S&P Global Ratings. The country’s growth rate will rise to 7% in 2026-27. The rating agency recently released a report, titled ‘Global Credit Outlook 2024: New Risks, New Playbook.’ In addition, India is expected to retain the fastest growing major economy tag in the next three years.
