India, European Free Trade Association Pact to Bring $100 Bn Investment in India

Published On: March 11, 2024 - India signs a trade, economic partnership agreement with the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) which includes Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. The pact will bring an investment of $100 billion in the country. As part of the agreement, a host of items such as swiss watches, wines, swiss chocolates, norwegian salmon will get cheaper in India.
