EXCLUSIVE: KNO's Spokesperson Seilen Haokip says they're not Secessionists but Separate Administration Needed for Kuki Safety

He said that they are not a secessionist groups and comply with all the SoO ground rules as mandated by the Govt. He also highlighted that the groups only weild weapons for self defence and don't use them against security forces. He also added that kukis now demand for a separate administration and they are hopeful that the centre will extend the SoO Pact even if the State Govt is opposed to it.
