EXCLUSIVE: Audio Calls Between R G Kar Staff & Abhaya's Parents Reveals Hospital's Lies

The recordings reveal that the hospital first informed the family that their daughter was unwell and later claimed she had committed suicide. On August 9, the hospital's Assistant Superintendent called the victim's father three times. NEWS9 has also accessed police calls to the victim's family, which further expose discrepancies between the incident timeline and the police report submitted to the Supreme Court. The report only mentions one call from the hospital to the parents at 10:52 AM, omitting the other two calls and the mention of suicide. It also fails to mention any police calls to the family. These revelations raise critical questions about whether both the hospital and police deliberately misled the victim's family.
