Drone Bomb Alert: The New Threat to India's National Security

Published On: September 03, 2024 - Military grade weapons are being used by civilians in the ongoing ethnic conflict in Manipur. Both sides have been using drone bombs to target each other. These are among the easiest improvised weapons to deploy and are also being used in the Russia-Ukraine war. India has a rogue drone problem since Pakistani terrorists used low flying drones to target an Indian Air Force base in Jammu in June 2021. These drones help the Pakistani Deep State and narco-traffickers to drop arms, ammunition, explosives and drugs from Jammu to Gujarat.
