Biden's Tibet Card

The U.S. Congress has passed the Resolve Tibet Act that urges Beijing to re-engage with Tibetan leaders for a peaceful resolution of their dispute with China. The act is soon expected to be signed by President Joe Biden. On 19th of June, a high-level US congressional delegation visited Dharamsala and met the Dalai Lama. The Dalai Lama is in the US currently. Will there be fresh tensions between USA and China over Tibet?
