The leasing companies are expected to repossess their aircraft nearly an year after the Wadia-owned airline filed for bankruptcy. The Delhi High Court, on April 26, directed the Directorate General of Civil Aviation to process the deregistration applications of aircraft, leased by the airlines, within five working days.
